These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of plumbing, heating, and gas services by QuickFix 24/7 (trading name of All About Boilers Ltd). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
We provide emergency and scheduled plumbing, heating, boiler installation, repair, and maintenance services. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
Appointments are subject to availability. We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible. Customers must provide 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. We accept bank transfer, card, and cash payments.
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to parts and equipment installed. Warranties do not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference.
We hold comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues not related to our work.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Any known hazards must be disclosed prior to work commencing. Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or consents.
For emergency call-outs where work begins immediately, the 14-day cooling-off period may be waived with your consent. For scheduled work, you may cancel within 14 days of booking, provided work has not commenced.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Your data is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, supply shortages, or government restrictions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
